Return & Refund Policy

1. Change of Mind Returns
- If you change your mind about a product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be:

- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, grooming, or personal care items unless they are faulty.
- Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer’s cost.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is:
- Faulty or defective.
- Not as described or not fit for its intended purpose.
- Damaged in transit.
- Incorrectly supplied.
In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
